Nordia is founded

As a joint venture between Bell and Excell Global Services.

2000 - 2020

Nordia quickly establishes a strong presence across Canada

Nordia opens and acquires contact centres in Quebec, British Columbia, New Brunswick and Ontario. Nordia strengthens its position as a trusted partner to major Canadian organizations, including Canada Post.

Nordia establishes its Head Office in Laval, Quebec in 2011.

Birch Hill Equity Partners acquires Nordia in 2015.

2021

Nordia becomes a leader in digital workforce management

Nordia transitions 80% of its frontline customer experience team to remote work during the global pandemic.

2022

Nordia acquires Quantrics Enterprises

A fast-growing BPO based in the Philippines known for its strong technology expertise and robust digital product development capabilities.

2024

Nordia celebrates 25 years of success
