Nordia: 25 years and growing!
Over the past 25 years, we’ve built our reputation on delivering exceptional customer experience for some of Canada’s largest and most iconic brands. Founded by Bell and Excell Global Services in 1999, Nordia is the largest customer experience provider in Canada. In 2015, Nordia became part of Birch Hill Equity Partners, spurring the expansion of our services into new areas. Today, Nordia has an international base of about 10,000 employees across Canada and the Philippines.

2024
Nordia celebrates its 25th anniversary.
2023
Nordia solidifies its operating model, creates collaborative leadership hubs, now managing a mix of hybrid, remote, and in-centre team members.
2022
Nordia acquires Quantrics Enterprises in the Philippines and expands business with added CX and digital transformation capabilities.
2021
Nordia supports urgent vaccination campaigns in Ontario and Quebec, and becomes Service Ontario’s provider.
2020
Nordia moves 80% of frontline CX team members to remote work.
2019
Nordia celebrates its 20th anniversary with $19M investment in three new centres and two major expansions, and moves to new Head Office in downtown Laval.
2018
Nordia becomes Canada Post’s provider.
2017
Nordia acquires contact centre in Toronto.
2016
Nordia acquires contact centre in Montreal.
2015
Birch Hill Equity Partners acquires Nordia.
2014
Nordia opens new contact centres in Saguenay and Peterborough, and acquires contact centres in Moncton, Saint John, and Lindsay.
2013
Nordia acquires contact centres in Rouyn-Noranda and Orillia.
2011
Nordia opens new contact centre and Head Office in Laval.
2010
Nordia acquires contact centre in Nanaimo.
2009
Bell acquires 100% ownership of Nordia.
2004
Nordia opens second contact centre in Sherbrooke.
